This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines the manner in which your personal information is collected, utilized, stored, and disclosed by Zoltáni Hunor ("the Developer"), the developer of Toyify ("the Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.

2. Data Collection and Storage

All data generated by the Application is stored locally on the user's device.

3. Data Deletion

If the user wishes to delete all data associated with the Application, they may do so by uninstalling the Application from all devices on which it has been installed. This action will result in the removal of all data stored by the Application.

4. App Store Distribution and In-App Purchases

When the Application is downloaded from the Apple App Store, or when in-app purchases are made, Apple Inc. ("Apple") processes personal information related to such transactions and associates this information with your Apple ID. The Operator does not have access to any information pertaining to your financial accounts, including bank account details, credit or debit card information, or other personal financial data.

To facilitate in-app purchases, the Application utilizes the services of RevenueCat, which may collect and process data including, but not limited to, the last access time of the Application, the category of product purchased, and the frequency of application usage. This information is associated with randomly generated anonymous identifiers and is not traceable to any specific individual. Users are encouraged to consult Apple's Privacy Policy and RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for additional details.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application may employ third-party services to provide functionality, which may necessitate access to certain personal information. The list of such third-party services is subject to change; users are advised to review this Policy regularly. As of the most recent update, the third-party services include:

The Operator is not responsible for the data handling practices of these third-party services. The Application may also contain links to external websites or applications operated by third parties. The Operator does not exercise control over such external sites or applications and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Users are advised to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or applications they interact with. Access to and use of such third-party services is at the user's own risk.

6. Use of AIProxy and OpenAI Services

The Application allows users to generate images based on provided details. When a user fills out details about an action figure and its accessories and presses generate, the following process occurs:

  • The provided image and additional descriptive text are first transmitted to AIProxy, a service that acts as an intermediary and masks the API key during communication.
  • AIProxy forwards the image and descriptive text to OpenAI, where the AI model generates an image.
  • The generated image is sent back to AIProxy, which relays the result back to the user within the Application.

It is important to note that no facial recognition or facial feature extraction is performed on the provided images. Additionally, no data is stored online by the Application. All data generated by the Application is stored locally on the user's device. Users are encouraged to review the AIProxy Privacy Policy and the OpenAI Privacy Policy.

7. Amendments to the Privacy Policy

The terms of this Privacy Policy are subject to modification at the sole discretion of the Operator. Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the Application following the posting of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
